Today, we’re going to talk about HOAs which many future homeowners do not know or are not be aware of them likes our family. We cover as much as we can.
Homeowner associations are the best known to the current or previous homeowners whom are living or lived in HOA subdivisions. So, if the home subdivisions have the HOAs, the homeowners must pay the fees every year or every month or every quarter; that depends on how the property management companies and the members of the HOAs set up. HOA fees are ranged from couple hundreds to thousands US dollars and are depended on which subdivisions the houses are located. However, no matter what, the homeowners must pay the fees and follow HOA guidelines which are set up by the HOA directors, HOA members and the property management companies.
If the homeowners fail to pay HOA fees or do not follow the HOA guidelines, the chance the homeowners will loose their houses soon because HOAs will take them to the courts and count the fees including stamps, letters, notices, lawyers, courts, paper works and many more and 18% plus in interests. The homeowners also face HOA penalties including the late fees from the day one if the homeowners are taken to the courts for the reasons such as not following the HOA guidelines likes uncleaned front yard. Some kinds of unknown penalties are set up right before*** the homeowners receive the last complained letters. Then if the HOAs believe that the homeowners haven’t done/improve anything since that last complained letters, the lawyers of the HOAs start processing the case of suing the homeowners. Wow, at this time, the lawyers who may get couple hundreds of cases in big subdivisions, will love them.
What are HOA guidelines? HOA guidelines are rules which the associations created and every homeowner must follow them. These rules are created by the HOA directors, members,… Sometimes, these guidelines are just created right before the homeowners receive the “Vi *o * la *tion Letter”.
Who are they? We don’t know much about them especially their backgrounds like education, characteristics,… but there are couple things we know that they’re homeowners and/or brand new homeowners or leaving soon homeowners or homeowners who have some sorts of businesses, they give free time for the HOAs and they’re hands and hands with the property management managers creating new guidelines which sometimes aren’t be aware by many homeowners.
What the reasons can HOAs take the homeowners to the courts? They can take the homeowners to the courts for the reasons such as not paying the HOA fees, not following their guidelines or brand new guidelines, not cleaning enough the houses’ front yard by saying that the homeowners need to clean the front yards or uncleaned chimneys even though they’re very cleaned and cleaned very well every week. Back then, some homeowners received complained letters from the HOAs by saying that the homeowners grew too many trees; it’s real. A lot of you won’t believe these and probably think these are jokes; hey, they’re real and happened.
The tip is do not ever play with these guy (HOAs) whom have lot power in the US even though the homeowners are their bosses; the homeowners pay them every year or a year round for taking care of the subdivisions and pay the property management fees and salaries. Once again, here is a tip for all homeowners: if you want to live and sleep peace and keep your years long of penny saving and lifelong investment, just do as HOAs said even though you’re right.
